Studio Use Agreement
Effective Location: 220 Ninth Street, Suite 383, Jersey City, NJ 07302
PURPOSE. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for you (“Guest”) to book studio time from Ingrid K. Studio, LLC (“Studio Host”) for personal or professional use.
PAYMENT TERMS. Monthly, due at the time of booking. Studio Host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to payment.
USE OF SPACE. Guest shall use the premises solely for personal or professional use and must remain on the premises at all times. Guest is responsible for setup, cleanup, and returning the studio and shared spaces, such as the entrance, hallways, and bathroom, to their original condition. All spaces must be treated with care and left in good condition, following the posted Closing Instructions. Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment must be reported immediately and may result in repair or replacement charges.
NO EQUIPMENT OR APPLIANCE USE: This reservation does not include use of equipment or appliances on the premise which are private property. Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment must be reported immediately and may result in repair or replacement charges.
72 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE. To be eligible for a full refund, reservations must be cancelled no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled reservation time. No refunds will be provided after that time.
ENTRY/CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS and ACCESS CODE. ***Will be provided via email prior to use***
INSURANCE & LIABILITY. Guest agrees to carry appropriate liability insurance and assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of their guests, clients, especially minors, while on the premises.
INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Studio Host, their agents, contractors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: * Any injury or harm to Guest or Guest’s guests, clients (including infants, children, and caregivers), * Use or misuse of the studio space and equipment, * Any damage to the premises or equipment, * Any negligence or willful misconduct by Guest, their staff, or their clients. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, illness, emotional distress, or property loss.
STUDIO RULES. Guests and clients must be supervised at all times. Guest is to follow all posted guidelines regarding cleanliness, safety and properly checking out of the studio after each use.
TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this agreement with 3 days notice. Any outstanding sessions or obligations must be fulfilled or compensated in full.

AUTHORITY TO OFFER STUDIO USE. The Studio Host is the current leaseholder of the studio space. This agreement is for temporary access only and does not grant the Guest any rights to the property beyond this agreement. Studio Host reserves the right to access and use the studio between non-consecutive hours booked.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Amendments must be made in writing by the Studio Host and agreed to by payment by the Guest.
